rainy day blues

saturday was a gray day, but it wasn't really blue. i'd say more yellow, really.

a nice sleep-in day, then a roadtrip to the store for some much needed supplies (frosting, chocolate chips, etc...)
on the way home, we stopped at a lovely music store for spaghetti's guitar strings
and then...
we discovered the greatest little cafe
with free live music nights
and cheap, scrumptious treats

but i don't remember the name, or where we were. i'll get back to you on that.

later that evening...
basketball game, but turns out our team wasn't even playing
another stop at the store for some chex, and then puppy chow muddy buddy chex delights!
a rousing game of energy drink pong

followed by a rousing game of guitar hero
followed by a rousing game of guesstures

followed by an egg
