today I was in a little cafe on campus, buying a bowl of fruit and a pack of trail mix. i saw a friend of mine and we decided to sit together. i was done purchasing my edibles first, so i sat down at a table by myself and pulled out a book to do some studying while i waited. i didn't see her, so i kept reading (i had to, or else i'd look like a loser eating by myself...) and was trying to get the darn trail mix open, and i tried and tried and of course there was a cute boy in there too, and i kept trying and trying, and then all of a sudden it was raining trail mix.
blast.
if there had been anyone else sitting at the table it would have been funny.
but there wasn't.
so it wasn't.
(my friend had gone outside, where i ran after this)
